Before I had kids I didn’t care what I put in my body or what I put on my body. I bought what ever I liked never looked at ingredient lists and probably put a ton of toxins into my body. Since having kids my awareness increased. It started with me paying more attention to what I put on my kids, the products we purchased for them, the medicines, the diaper cream, and so on. Then slowly it progressed to where I decided to quit drinking diet coke (I’m on month 9 of that). Now I’m paying attention to every thing that goes in to my body and on my body from the food we eat to the makeup I wear.
